This policy outlines our commitment to protecting the privacy of Photographers (“Users”) and their clients (“End-Users”) in compliance with global standards including GDPR, CCPA, and NDPA, under the governing authority of US law.
1.2 DATA RESIDENCY
Pixsilos is headquartered in Dallas, Texas. All data is primarily processed and stored on secured servers within the United States. By using the service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the US.
1.3 DATA WE COLLECT
Account Data: Legal name, business address, and billing details.
- User Content: High-resolution images and videos.
- Biometric Data: If "Selfie-Search" is enabled, we process facial geometry. This data is used solely for filtering and is never sold.
- Metadata: IP addresses and geolocation used to facilitate multi-currency checkouts (USD, GBP, NGN, EUR, CAD, etc.).
1.4 PAYMENTS & CURRENCY
We support global commerce via third-party processors. Supported currencies include US Dollars ($), British Pounds (£), Nigerian Naira (₦), Euros (€), Canadian Dollars ($), etc. Payment data is handled by vetted providers (Stripe, PayPal, Kuda Bank, etc.).
1.5 THE 30-DAY RECOVERY VAULT
To prevent accidental loss, deleted images are moved to "Cold Storage" for 30 days before permanent erasure.

2. TERMS OF USE
2.1 GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
2.2 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Property: The "Pixsilos" platform, "Baycarl Sync" logic, and "Hyper-Threaded" transfer protocols are protected under US Copyright and Trademark laws.
- Your Content: You retain 100% ownership of your media. You grant us a limited license to host and display it to fulfill our service obligations.
2.3 THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Users agree to the terms of our payment providers. Baycarl LLC is not liable for currency conversion fluctuations or fees charged by your bank for international transactions (USD to NGN, etc.).
3. COOKIE POLICY
3.1 LOCALIZATION & CURRENCY
We use functional cookies to detect your geographic region and automatically set your dashboard and store to the appropriate currency (e.g., USD, GBP, NGN, etc.).
3.2 SECURITY
Essential cookies are required to maintain secure sessions and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for your "Silo Vault."
4. DATA PROTECTION DISCLOSURE
4.1 USER RIGHTS
Regardless of location, all users may:

- Request the permanent deletion of their account.
- Withdraw consent for AI biometric processing at any time.
4.2 RESPONSE TIME
We acknowledge all data rights requests within 48 hours and provide a resolution within 30 days.
