1. TERMS OF USE – PIXSILOS

1.1 Acceptance of Terms:

By creating an account or accessing Pixsilos, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Baycarl LLC, a Texas limited liability company. If you are using the service on behalf of a photography studio, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

1.2 Intellectual Property & Content Ownership:

1. Your Content: You retain 100% ownership of the images/videos you upload. You grant Pixsilos a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, and display your content solely to provide the services.
2. Pixsilos Property: The "Pixsilos" name, "Baycarl Sync" logic, "Hyper-Threaded" protocols, and all UI/UX designs are the exclusive property of Baycarl LLC. You may not scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

1.3 Prohibited Use & Conduct:

1. You shall not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates the privacy/publicity rights of any third party.
2. You shall not use the "Selfie-Search" feature in jurisdictions where biometric processing is prohibited without obtaining valid legal consent.

1.4 2.4 Fees & Payments:

Subscriptions are billed in advance. All sales via the integrated store are subject to a [Insert %] transaction fee. We support payments in USD, GBP, NGN, EUR, CAD, etc. via third-party providers. Baycarl LLC is not responsible for disputes regarding physical print quality or bank-levied conversion fees.

1.5 Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixsilos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

1.6 Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States (State of Texas). Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, USA.

2. COOKIE POLICY – PIXSILOS

2.1 How We Use Cookies:

Pixsilos uses cookies to remember your login session, optimize "Hyper-Threaded" data streams, and detect your geographic region to set your preferred currency (e.g., USD, GBP, NGN, etc.).

2.2 Categories of Cookies:

1. Strictly Necessary: Essential for security (2FA) and account access. Cannot be turned off.
2. Functional: Remembers your dashboard settings and "Silo Vault" preferences.
3. Performance/Analytics: Anonymized data used to monitor server load and speed. We do not use third-party "Ad-Tracking" cookies.

2.3 Control:

You can toggle non-essential cookies via the Privacy Preference Center in your account settings.

3. DATA PROTECTION DISCLOSURE

3.1 Global Standards:

While governed by Texas law, Pixsilos respects global data rights (GDPR, CCPA, NDPA).

3.2 Your Rights:

You have the right to Access, Rectify, or Erase your personal data.

3.3 Data Portability:

Upon request, we will provide a JSON export of your account data.

3.4 Response Time:

We acknowledge all data requests within 48 hours and provide a full resolution within 30 days.

4. DMCA & COPYRIGHT PROTECTION (US LAW)

Pixsilos respects the intellectual property of others in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

1. Takedown Requests: Send a formal "Notice of Infringement" to legal@pixsilos.com.
2. Repeat Infringers: We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of photographers who repeatedly upload content they do not own.
